Platt Park’s Newest Housing Development
A new mixed-use condominium development is making its way to the increasingly desirable Platt Park neighborhood. Launching November 3rd the project is slated to break ground in January 2017 with delivery scheduled for December 2017! Forty residential units will occupy the second and third floor of the project and will be accompanied by three to five commercial spaces street side.
