caring. knowledgable. connected.
A fourth-generation Coloradan and third-generation product of Denver Public Schools and the University of Colorado, Judy Fahrenkrog is deeply invested in this community. She calls upon 35 years in real estate to provide clients with steady, reliable guidance throughout the buying and selling process.
With a background in real estate development, Judy uses her comprehensive knowledge of the business to help clients who are looking to right-size their properties—and her commitment ex-tends well beyond the closing table. Judy has been known to write letters of recommendation for clients, or to get their children into the debutante ball.
Much of Judy’s storied professional career has dovetailed with her civic engagement. She has served as chair for the Denver Ballet Guild’s Le Bal de Ballet, the Central City Opera’s Yellow Rose Ball, and L’Espirit de Noel Home Tour in Castle Pines Village. Her other board and volun-teer work includes the University of Colorado Foundation, Warren Village, Kappa Kappa Gamma, and the Denver Board of Realtors. In other words, she knows this city inside and out.
Judy is the proud mother (and mother-in-law) of Olympians from two continents. Her daughter Joy represented the United States in Beijing, where son-in-law Tim Foster won a rowing gold for Great Britain. That’s quite an accomplished family.
