Anne Wells

genuine. honest. lively.

Anne Wells is dedicated — to Boulder, to her family and to her clients’ real estate experiences. A Boulder-area local for over 30 years, her expert knowledge melds with her passion for design, arming her with a creative edge. Anne and her teammate Michael Hughes strive to artfully reveal the finest and most distinctive qualities of potential homes to their clients.

A mother of three native Boulderites, Anne’s extensive experience in Boulder’s education and sports makes her an excellent resource for clients relocating to the area. As a University of Colorado graduate with degrees in English and Fine Arts, Anne earned her real estate license in 1994, implementing her interests in photography and architecture to support her love for design. Anne’s ability to mix art and functionality in a space allows her to envision different ideas to fit the lifestyles of her clients.

Anne is best known for her no-pressure, hands-on approach and her ability to create a fun, stress-free environment for her clients. While her demeanor is laid back, her honesty and fierce protection for her clients makes her their strongest advocate in the transaction process and beyond as she connects them to their dream home.
