Ben Clark has developed and flourished with the mhm brand since 2011 when he first launched his real estate career after joining directly under co-founder Peter Blank. Ben’s ingrained passion for architecture, design and customer service is due to his parents’ lifelong career as brokers. Growing up in the industry under his parent’s success and influence, he knew his path would ultimately lead to real estate.
Before joining mhm, Ben sought to develop skills in business and finance and worked as a financial advisor for high net worth clients at Morgan Stanley. While there, he contributed to one of the top-producing wealth management teams in Colorado. This experience taught him not only the value of high-yielding investments but also always delivering on high expectations.
Client relations are a keystone for Ben, who is known for his highly communicative and transparent approach throughout each transaction. Ben’s loyalty—another key to his role—is illustrated by his longstanding relations with repeat and referral clients, his connection with mhm and synergy with his business partner, Sarah, at SB Group.
SB Group is a true team in every sense of the definition, with nearly a decade of collaboration between Ben and Sarah. The group is characterized by almost 30 years of combined experience and the ability to provide concierge-level service while keeping things focused with a flair of fun.

Raised in Summit County, Ben now resides in Arvada with his son, Dylan, and his two daughters, Aniston and Hensley.
