Molly Stauffer

Molly Stauffer

/ / proactive. energetic. resilient.

Avid listening and community building come naturally to Molly Stauffer — a skillset that is backed by years of being professionally ingrained in client-focused care. Her experience as an Occupational Therapist is what informs Molly’s approach to building trust and confidence. With those techniques in her back pocket, Molly has been able to serve her Boulder communities with a nurturing, heart-forward methodology for over 10 years and counting.

Molly’s human-first mindset translated seamlessly into the real estate industry when Molly, a Savannah resident at the time, went from assisting a high-producing agent to becoming a distinguished broker all her own. During this time, Molly became attuned to the importance and value of historic preservation and familiarized herself with the distinct journeys of each client, whether they were first-time buyers or seasoned sellers. Now, Molly takes the knowledge she harnessed from her success in boutique real estate and applies it to her bespoke approach as a broker with a distinct lens for luxury and artistry.

With a husband (and former high school sweetheart) that served in the military for almost a decade, Molly has lived in every time zone across the country; even Alaska. This experience allows her to dig deep into her clients’ “why’s” and empathize with the emotional process of moving. Molly emphasizes the importance of building community and sets an example by being a leader in her own locale. Her personalized process begins with establishing a relationship and creating a unique process that fosters client success and a smooth journey along the way.
