Susan has been licensed since 2008, succeeding during a challenging time thanks to her lifelong career in the sales realm. Before becoming a broker, she worked in pharmaceutical sales, where she developed a finesse with executing complex processes. Susan applies her honest, straightforward and genuine character to her approach from beginning to closing. She boasts hyper-focused flair with each transaction, curveballs included.  

Denver has been Susan’s home for the last two decades. Now working alongside her two daughters, the team has a cross-generation ability to cater and market to a broad audience from first-time homebuyers to older generations looking to downsize. Their family dynamic flourishes from positive referrals and assisting other families.
