OPENING DAY, Friday, April 5 – Event Timeline
9:00 a.m. – Coors Field parking lots open
11:00 a.m. – Opening Day Fest on Blake Street begins
12:00 p.m. – ALL Coors Field Gates open
1:20 p.m. – Pregame Ceremonies begin
Military March with Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines with music by U.S. Air Force Stellar Brass
National Anthem performed by Stellar Brass, featuring vocalist Master Sergeant Julie Bradley
300′ x 150′ Flag Presentation with fireworks
Flyover conducted by 120th Fighter Squadron out of Buckley Air Force Base
First pitches by representatives from the Air Force, Coast Guard, Denver Police and a Rockies Season Ticket Holder
Los Angeles Dodgers and Colorado Rockies Player Introductions
2:10 p.m. – FIRST PITCH Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Colorado Rockies
SPECIAL NOTE: To avoid long lines at the gates, enter the ballpark as close to noon as possible. The heaviest crowds at the gates will likely occur at 1 p.m., so expect long waits at the gates between 1 and 2:30 p.m. To help expedite entry into the stadium for all fans, please have your Digital Tickets loaded on your phone prior to approaching the gate.
