Perched on the corner of Zuni Street and 29th Avenue, this five-story hotel-condo building will pronounce a critical entry into the Highlands neighborhood. The building’s form is utilitarian in nature—designed to provide functional interior spaces with easy access to the outdoors. Large patios allow room for dwellers to stretch out, while the rooftop terrace offers a gathering space to sit and enjoy panoramic views to the city and mountains beyond.

From the pedestrian point of view, the wooden lattice structure appears to grow from the grade plane, weaving its way up and around the building to the fifth story balcony and creating a buffer between the busy street and the residences above. The warm, natural qualities of the massive timber beams create a sculpture-like presence that can be appreciated by both passers-by, visitors or residents alike.

Offering a variety of floor plans to fit any lifestyle, these studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms plans feature finishes from Porcelanosa with sustainable and renewable materials.

Underlying all design decisions is a sensitivity to the environment and a goal of attaining LEED Platinum accreditation.
